Why we're called Froniva, and what we refuse to compromise on — even when it would make the quarter look easier.
Two thousand four hundred years ago, Aristotle identified three types of knowledge.
We are not an oracle. We are not a feed. We are the discipline of knowing — in the quiet hour before the market opens — what to do next.
We wrote these down before we wrote the first line of code. They are the test every feature, hire, customer, and investor has to pass. They have not changed.
Every recommendation shows its working. The number, the comparable, the confidence, the cost of being wrong. The grower who follows our advice must be able to defend it to the buyer who disagrees. If we cannot explain it, we do not ship it.
A dashboard is a confession that the hard part was left to the user. We deliver the decision — priced, bounded, written in a sentence a sales lead can say out loud at 5:45 a.m. If it does not end in a verb, it is not done.
We deploy before we demo. The first version of everything Froniva has ever built ran at a real greenhouse with real prices before a single slide was drawn. The field keeps us honest; the field rejects what does not work. We trust it.
Every run is reviewed the next morning against what the market actually did. We do not hide the misses; we log them, publish the error rate inside the product, and improve. The moment a customer stops checking our numbers is the moment we have failed them.
